This posting, along with the posting of the rules in the office of the District Clerk of Burnet County, constitutes the commencement of the 30 day publication requirement under Rule 3 T.R.C.P. This posting is made after 5:00 p.m. on May 20, 2004 and is effective May 21, 2004.
