Here is some more info about the various types of content on this site. The ones marked with    X   cannot be posted to by users, only by yours truly.
At least for now each user has the ability to post blogs here. "Blog" is short for weB LOG. A blog is a regularly updated journal made up of individual entries, often called posts, that are time stamped and typically arranged by the day, with the newest on top (a diary is the reverse). They tend to be quite personal, often containing links to things you've seen, or to editorials that you find interesting. Some blogs also contain original material written solely for the blog. Since a Blog is personal, you and only you have full control over what you publish. (But we get to comment!) The most interesting blog entries or those blog entries that fit the site's topic well might get promoted to the front page by the community or by users with the access do this.
X   As used on this CMS the "book" type of content is used for documenting how-to's or instructions on various matters of practicing in the 33rd.
You can upload files for other users to download. This might include forms you find to be useful.
A forum is a threaded discussion, enabling users to communicate about a particular topic. The only requirement is that you keep it to a topic of potential interest to the bar.
X   An image you can insert into nodes, or see in image galleries.
Much of the content on the internet now can be "syndicated" much like AP and other commercial news services. That content includes news type sites, portions of conventional web sites and blogs. You cannot add a feed but if you will just email the webmaster it will be added. Read more about newsfeeds here.
X    A poll is a multiple-choice question which visitors can vote on.
A story is a post that is submitted to the attention of other users and is queued in the submission queue. Users and moderators vote on the posts they like or dislike, promoting or demoting them. When a post gets above a certain threshold it automatically gets promoted to the front page.
The weblink module is used to create links to other websites or pages. If you have found a great research site or one that has information of special interest to the bar, share it!
