Special Supplements to Texas Pattern Jury Charges (2003 editions)
Prepared by the Committee on Pattern Jury Charges of the State Bar of Texas

The special supplements to the Texas Pattern Jury Charges (2003 editions) consist of revisions made necessary by the Texas Supreme Court’s order of January 27, 2005, under Tex. R. Civ. P. 226a. The supplements are provided free of charge to all current owners of the Texas Pattern Jury Charges series.

Important: The supplements do not reflect any action by the 2005 Texas legislature. The supplements contain only revisions made necessary by the court’s order of January 27, 2005. Please consult the 2003 volumes in addition to the supplements to obtain complete charge and explanatory comment language.
