This is a WP template for a trial management order that may be used from time to time, primarily in civil trials but also in criminal, juvenile, or CPS cases as well. (WordPerfect template file format .wpt)

A single plan exists under "SB 7" for indigent defense in the 33rd Judicial District, the constitutional county courts, and the Burnet County Court at Law. This 'book' will document aspects of that plan with links to the full plan that is accessible on the internet.
This "Book" will document the policies, procedures and processes of the Drug Court program for the 33rd Judicial District. It will grow in "chapters" as the program is developed and implemented. All publicly available documents will be available on this website and the procedures discussed in this area.

Forms are published on this site in a variety of formats, but most notably [adobe acrobat reader|Adobe Acrobat PDF], Microsoft Word and Corel WordPerfect. For Word and WordPerfect the versions will usually be compatible with several versions back in the software family.
You will find a [Civil Scheduling Order|form for docket/discovery level 3 order] for your possible, but optional use. It is available in both [WordPerfect] and [Adobe PDF] formats. Any time the Court requests such an order to be drafted you may use this order or any other of your choosing. There are only a few prerequisites preferred by the Court:
Please have them prepared and submit to the Court at the time a plea is entered or any other disposition is made of the case other than from a jury trial.
